Swasthya Or Khaan Paan

Kaha jata hai, Swasthya Or Khaan Paan hi jivan hai. Ji ha dosto, hamare liye hamari sabse badi sampatti hamari sehat hi hai. Par kya hum jante hai swasthya wastavik me kya hai? Kis insan ko swstha kaha ja sakta hai? Sahi mayne me nirogi kaun hai?

To chaliye dosto jante hai, ke akhir kya hai ye sehat. Kya ham purn rup se swastha hai? Kise sahi mayno me niorogi or swastha kaha jaye?

Swasthya Or Khaan Paan

Sirf bimariyo ki anupasthiti hi swasthya nahi hai. Swasthya, sahi mayne me Samajik, sharirik aur bhawnatmak rup se sakirya aur khush rehne ki sthiti hai. Sirf vahi insan swasth hai jo samajik, sharirik, aur bhawnatmak roop se sashkt hai. Aksar dekha jar aha hai ke insan tanawpurn jivanshaili (lifestyle) vyatit kar rha hai. Agar Sharirik taklif nahi hoti to vo samz leta hai ki vah purntaha Swasthya hai.

Usi prakar, Hume sharirik taklif ho to Doctor k paas chale jaate hai, par mansik ya bhawnatmak problems ko hum taal dete hai. Jarurat hai ye samjhne ki, ki sharirik mansik aur bhawnatmak tarike se bhi hum swasth rahe. Tabhi hum keh sakte hai hum nirogi hai, Humara swasthya achha hai.

swasthya se sambhandhit Kai ghatak (घटक) hai , jiski vajeh se sehat par kuch achhe to kuch bure parinam ho sakte hai. Jaise paryawaran, jivanshaili, khan-paan, wyayam etc. Inke asantulan se insan ke swasthya par bura asar padta hai. To chaliye in ghatko ko vistar se jante hai.

Jivanshaili: (lifestyle)

Hamari jivanshaili hamare swasthya ko kai tariko se prabhawit karti hai. Aajkal ki aadhunik (modern) jivanshaili me Insan mashino jaisa jivan jee rha hai. Jisme vo subah se sham paisa kamane ki mashine ban gaya hai. Jisse insan ke swasthya par kai bure prabhaw pad rhe hai.

Khaan paan (Diet)

Samay bachane k liye ya kaam me vyast hone k vajah se street food ya fast food ka sevan aam bat ho gai hai. Natija ye hai insani swasthya din-b-din girta ja raha hai. Beshaq juban k swad k lye bahar ka lajiz khana khaya ja sakta hai. Lekin iska niyamit sevan hamare swasthya par bura prabhav dalta hai. Isiliye sahi tarike se khan-paan kiya jana avashyak hai. Jisme sahi anupat (ratio) me sabhi paushtik tatv (nutrition) maujud ho. jaise vitamins, minerals, protein, calcium, iron, carbohydrate etc. To vah sampurn aahar kehlayega aur jisse sehat par bhi koi dushparinam nahi hoga.

Sath hi acha sehatmand khana or khane ka sahi wakt yah dono bate bohot hi mahatwapurn hai. Nishchit samay par sehatmand khana swasthya ke liye bohot faydemand sabit hota hai.

Wyayam (exercise)

Humne abhi pdha ki kis tarah khan-pan ka swasthya par bura asar padta hai. Agar niymit wyayam kiya jaaye to is samasya se bacha ja skta hai. Beshaq hum to kaam karte hai, isme koi do-ray nahi. Par hum sirf ek jagh baithe reh kar kaam krte hai. jisme sharir ki jyada kasrat nhi hoti. Agar hum niyamit rup se wyayam kare, yoga kare, rojana subah ya sham thoda tahalne jaaye to sharir me furti ayegi aur hamara pachan-tantra bhi sahi chalega. Jisse ham nirogi or swasth rah payenge.

Khel-kud

Khel kud se bhi swasthya sahi rehta hai, aur sharirik urja me badhotari hoti hai. Jaruri nahi hai khel-kud sirf bachho tak hi simit rahe. Aajkal ki vyast dincharya me kuch samay nikal kar apna manpasand outdoor game khelna chaiye. Jisse sharirik urja bhi badhegi aur maansik tanaw bhi kam hoga.

Swchchhta (hygiene)

Dosto, Hume apne sath-sath apne aas paas k parisar ko bhi saaf aur swacha rakhna chaiye. Kyonki parisar ki gandagi bhi hamari buri sehat ke liye jimmedar ho sakti hai. Maan lijiye hum swachha hai par aaspas ka watavaran ganda hai, to kya usse hum bimar nahi hoge?

Beshaq honge, us gandagi par kai tarah k viruses, bacteria hoge jo jaane-anjane hamare ghar k baccho aur budho k sampark (contact ) me aayenge. Bachhe aur bujurg jaldi bimar pad jaate hai, kyonki unki rog-pratikarak kshamta ( immune system) kamjor rehti hai. To agar aas paas ka parisar bhi saaf rakha jaye to vaha positivity bhi badhegi aur swasthya bhi ahchha rahega.

Nashile padartho ka sewan.

Sigar, bidi, cigarette, tambakhu, gutkha ,nas, nikotin, hukka jaise sab nashile padartho ke niyamit sewan se insan aswstha rahta hai. Insan hi kyo to janvaro aur pakshiyo ko bhi iski kimat chukani pdti hai. Isse kai gambhir bimariya ho sakti hai. Jisme Cancer, lungs ki problems, saas lene me dikkat jaise kai taklife aati hai.

WHO(world health organization) ke report k anusar India me har warsh  6 lakh mrityu sirf tambakhu k pratyaksh sewan se hoti hai aur 60lakh mrityu tambakhu k apratyaksh roop se asar karne se hoti hai. In nashili chizo ka sevan samay rehte band kar dena chaiye, varna hamare swastya par iska bohot bura asar pad sakta hai. Swasthya Or Khaan Paan ka bahut hi gehara sambandh hota hai. Nashile khadya padarth swasthya ke liye atyant hanikarak hote hai.

Mansik tanav (stress, mental stress)

Abhi tak humne sharirik swasthya ke baare me jana, par kya mansik swasthya jaruri nahi? kahi uski vajeh se hum aswastha to nahi?  Ji ha dosto, mansik tanaw, ek aisi sthiti jisse aaj kal k bachho se lekar bujurgo tak har koi juzh raha hai. Kisi bachhe ko uske maata-pita ki ummido par khara utarneka tanav. Ghar ke bado ko parivar chalane ka tanav. Our bade bujurgo ko apne bachose se hone wali taklifo ka tanav.

Tension me BP badh jata hai, Raate kat jaati hai, nind nahi aati, nind aane ki goliya khaai jaati hai. Maansik swasthya par kon dhyan deta hai, koi nhi. Sharirik taklif ya aswasthata dikhai deti hai par mansik aswsthata nhi, aur usi vajeh se uske liye koi Doctor k paas jana jaruri nhi smjta.

Meditation

Aaj kal k mashin ke yug me insan-roopi machine bejan si ho chali hai. Kam, khana or kam bas yehi hai roj ka jivan. Par kya iss bich sukun milta hai? Maan shaant hota hai? Kya hume satisfaction (santushti) milta hai? Nahi…. Bas insan din-b-din tanaw me jite rehta hai. Kya is samsya se insan nijat pa sakta hai?  Ji ha dosto yah sambhav hai Meditation yani dhyan se.

Kuch samay khud k lye nikaliye, khud ko bhi kabhi prathmikta dijiye aur dhyaan (Meditation) kijiye, jisse sukoon aur shanti milegi. Man shant hoga aur tanaw chhooo mantar ho jaega.

Dost aur parivar (Friends and family).

Ha, isme koi shaq nahi, ki Dostto ka sath jakhm par dawa ka kaam karta hai. Kisi bhi mansik taklif se insan ko bahar nikalne ka kam dosto se behtar koi nahi kar skta. Aur Mashini jindagi ji kar raat ko ghar aane par pariwar se behatar sath kisi ka nahi hota. Duniya me dost aur pariwar hi vo log hai jo hamare sath har ache aur bure samay me sath rehte hai. Our hamre Swasthya Or Khaan Paan ko behtar rakhne me ek aham bhumika ada karte hai.

Lekin hum apni vyast jindgi me unke liye samay nahi nikal paate. Kuch samay nikal kar unke sath wyatit (spend) kiya jaaye to kai tarah ki mansik or sharirik bimariyo se nijat pane me madat hogi. Pariwar aur dosto se baaten, hasi majak, such-dukh saza kiye jaaaye, to man ka boz kam ho jata hai aur hume akelapan (loneliness) mehsus nahi hota.

Muskurahat

Dusri aor Haste muskurate rahna insan ke liye avashyak hai. Dosto acche swasthya ke lye hasi to jadi buti ka kam karti hai.
